The COVID-19 (Coronavirus) has changed how businesses will be conducting activities for the next couple of weeks.
Our goal is to focus on the health and welfare of our Froehling team, their families, our clients and the communities where we live and work. With this in mind, we are committed to providing the high quality and timely services you have always experienced from Froehling Anderson.
Our firm has been monitoring the COVID-19 developments closely. We want to take a few moments to reach out to you with precautionary steps we are taking to ensure business continuity.
Business Continuity and Preparedness
As you are aware, in our industry, we are in the heart of the busiest time of the year. We have enacted our crisis response and business continuity plan and are dedicated to maintaining operations to ensure our clients’ needs are being met.
Health and Safety Measures
We are taking measures in our office and being proactive regarding the health and safety of our employees. These measures include social distancing, working remotely, using technology in lieu of in-person meetings, following the Centers for Disease Control (CDC) recommendations for self-isolation and hand washing. We’ve implemented additional cleaning measures in our office as well.
Digital Technology is Encouraged
Over the last several years, Froehling Anderson has invested in technology so our team can work virtually anywhere with an internet connection. As such, we’ve instructed our staff to work remotely, if possible. We are also recommending meetings and appointments be changed to phone or video calls.

We are actively monitoring communications from the Treasury Department and the IRS. The AICPA has indicated that the government will likely announce plans to extend the current April 15th due date. As information becomes available, we will provide additional updates.
We will continue to monitor the ever-changing situation. Communication is key so feel free to reach out to us with questions. We are your CPAs with Solutions.
