For the past six years, Froehling Anderson has been heading out to Voyageur Environmental Center in Mound, MN to donate our time and support a great cause. After the tax deadline and the long hours of busy season, the Spring Volunteer Day is the perfect opportunity for us to get out of the office and give back to the community.
This year, we donated over 50 hours of service time to help prepare the camp for the hundreds of boys and girls that will call camp their home for a week this summer. Our activities for the day included:
- Planting 100 trees
- Cutting loads of firewood
- Painting benches
- Distributing mulch around the camp
Dave Benusa, CEO, stated, “We are proud of the relationship that Froehling Anderson has built with Voyageur Environmental Center over the years. Giving back to the community has always been a part of the history of Froehling Anderson – it’s great to see the organization come together to support a greater cause”.
