Receiving this award continues to reinforce what we already know to be true – we are deeply committed to our company’s culture and the professional success of everyone here. Froehling Anderson Managing Partner and CEO, David Benusa, describes one of his favorite aspects of our company culture below:

“I’ve really enjoyed mentoring and watching people grow. We have a number of people who started right out of college and have stayed at the firm their entire careers that are now a part of the partner ranks. Watching somebody go from an intern to a partner and being part of that process has been very rewarding.”
