Froehling Anderson is a full-service public accounting firm looking for a Senior Accounting Associate who will perform full charge accounting services to assigned clients. Full charge accounting services includes accounting processes on a variety of client engagements, full-service bookkeeping or client bookkeeping oversight, payroll processing and training for clients in a variety of industries and organizations.

Must have 6 years of accounting experience; payroll experience is a plus. Must be proficient in Excel and Microsoft Office. QuickBooks online experience is required.

Responsibilities include:

• Manage and review day-to-day bookkeeping.
• Ensure files comply with internal documentation procedures and client file is maintained with details of engagement procedures, logins, passwords, and relevant supporting workpapers for the engagement.
• Act as a QB/QBO certified pro advisor and maintain this certification.
• Handle bookkeeping and full accounting services for a large variety of clients.
• Recognize potential problems in engagements, formulate conclusions and bring to the attention of the supervisor.
• Regular communication with relationship manager regarding the status of an engagement.
