Meet-and-Greet Breakfast
The morning began with a small meet-and-greet over coffee, orange juice, donuts, and fruit. Once the students were settled in with beverage and food in hand, they were given two presentations: one about who we are at Froehling Anderson and the other about our unique General Services Department.
Insights from Leadership
Next, they heard from Managing Partner and CEO David Benusa. He provided invaluable information about firm culture, work-life balance, and the opportunities available at Froehling. After this glimpse into our public accounting firm culture, they were taken on an office and building tour by two of our staff accountants. They saw our firm culture in action, the layout of our office spaces, met a handful of staff, and experienced the amenities our building offers.
Q&A with Senior Accountants
After learning about who we are, the students met some of our senior and advanced senior accountants and one of our tax managers. They shared their experiences and what they love about their careers at Froehling Anderson and then opened the floor for the accounting students to ask questions.
Partner Panel Discussion
Next on the agenda was the partner panel featuring Brandon, Robb, Doris, and Joe. Amidst much fun and laughter, the students gained valuable insights into working in various industries. We concluded our time together with a catered lunch from Panera and dessert from Crumbl Cookies.
