Froehling Anderson is a full-service public accounting firm looking for a Senior Accounting Associate who will work closely with multiple clients across a wide range of industries, providing full-charge accounting services with plenty of autonomy and support.

This position will be a go-to expert for clients, working on everything from full-service bookkeeping to payroll and QBO training, while managing multiple engagements and tight deadlines with confidence and care.

Responsibilities Include:

• Managing day-to-day client accounting, including transaction review and cash forecasting.
• Preparing accurate monthly and year-end financials.
• Setting up and optimizing QBO files, providing client training and guidance.
• Overseeing complex accounting items like inventory, accruals, and equity.
• Maintaining organized, well-documented client files and workflows.
• Communicating regularly with clients and internal team members to keep everything running smoothly.
• Some travel to clients in the Minneapolis/St. Paul Metro area and St. Cloud, MN area will be required.

What You Bring: 

• 6+ years of accounting experience in public or private settings.
• QuickBooks Online (QBO) proficiency is a must—certification preferred.
• Payroll experience is a huge plus.
• Tech-savvy: Comfortable with Microsoft Office, especially Excel.
• Strong communication, time management, and organizational skills.
• Ability to work independently and juggle multiple projects with ease.

Salary: $65,000-$85,000 based on experience.
