Greg Hagge

Greg’s interest in the accounting industry was piqued when he enrolled in a tax course in law school. Amidst classes and case law studies where what was at issue was, at best, unclear and at worst, irrelevant to the type of law he saw himself practicing, this tax course provided clarity. Taxpayers and various taxing authorities were in seemingly never-ending disputes over the collection of tax revenue. Those disputes were ones he could see himself as excited to participate in as an advocate for his clients. Now, with over 43 years of combined legal and accounting experience, he has helped many clients overcome tax, finance, and business challenges.

Having served in various positions such as a Tax Director for a Big 4 firm, a Financial Services National Tax Leader for a leading national accounting firm, and as a Vice President of Tax and Treasury for a publicly traded international company, Greg brings extensive knowledge and expertise to every client interaction. His former roles as a Controller, CFO, and Treasurer, have helped him better understand the issues clients face today while utilizing his expertise and knowledge to aid in the long-term success of their business. He is especially passionate about delivering the best possible answers and service to clients – his thoroughness, diligence, and commitment to ensure all aspects of an issue or a client question are well-thought out, is what makes him a trusted advisor.

When he’s recharging away from the office, Greg can be found spending time with his friends and family (including their new granddaughter), traveling extensively, as well as playing pickleball.
