Kyle’s interest in accounting started from an early age. Watching his dad pursue a fulfilling career as a CPA inspired him to consider that path for himself. Not only was he watching his father’s career flourish, but he was also watching several other extended family members thrive in their CPA careers around the Twin Cities. As he observed the successful path of his family, he chose to take the leap and pursue it for himself.
Now, with over six years of experience in public accounting, Kyle has seen firsthand why his family members chose this career path, and why this has been the perfect fit for himself. He finds fulfillment in helping business owners navigate the growing complexity of the tax code, while bringing his skills of forward thinking and proactivity to every client interaction. With his high responsible nature and strong drive to ensure clients are operating within compliance, he is consistently approaching every client with their long-term success in mind.
When he’s recharging away from the office, Kyle enjoys spending time with his family and friends at the cabin, as well as fishing and playing golf.

Her strengths in communication, customer service, and analytical thinking drive her ability to solve the toughest of financial puzzles.
When she’s recharging away from the office, Chelsea enjoys reading with her husband, time with family, artistic expression, and house projects.
An has had a business mindset for as long as she can remember. From a very young age, she watched her mom run a small restaurant business in Vietnam and her curiosity was instantly piqued. She wanted to know how other businesses operated, what made them successful, and how other owners strategically achieved their financial goals; this led her to choosing tax as a starting point for her career right out of college.
Having worked at a prior accounting firm for seven years, An joined the Froehling Anderson team with deep technical knowledge and expertise. Her passion for public accounting combined with helping business owners succeed is what fuels her every day. She enjoys the unique challenges that come with navigating the tax world and approaches each complex situation like she would a puzzle, bringing her critical thinking skills and detailed oriented mind to every client interaction. With many years of experience under her belt, An has recognized that there is always something new to learn in public accounting.

Stephanie was introduced to the accounting field because of her love of numbers and ability to problem solve. As a former Controller of 22 years for a small manufacturing company, she has extensive hands-on experience coming alongside clients to help them understand profitability. Her proficiency with QuickBooks Pro-Advisor empowers her to guide her clients in recognizing their areas of excellence and suggesting effective ways for improvement.
Stephanie’s love of helping clients find solutions to their problems as well as helping them discover more efficient processes and systems, are just a couple of reasons, among many, why she’s passionate about what she does. She thrives on helping her internal team learn various aspects of their job to broaden their knowledge and offerings to each of their clients.
When she’s recharging away from the office, Stephanie is spending time with her family, fishing in the great outdoors, or deep into a good novel.
Haley’s love for numbers, solving problems, and helping clients is what initially drew her to the accounting industry, but before she pursued her career in accounting, she was deep in finance. After completing an internship and having three years of financial industry experience under her belt, she gained tools and skills that helped her expand her business knowledge while connecting with clients across various industries.
After the invaluable experiences she had in finance, Haley was still drawn to accounting. She worked hard to study for her CPA licensure and passed the exam in 2020. She then joined the Froehling Anderson team in 2021 and hasn’t looked back. She has strong communication and project management skills and is passionate about taking intentional time to get to know her clients and their businesses so she can understand how to help them succeed. It’s her innate ability to relate to others that makes her a trusted advisor.
When she’s recharging away from the office, Haley enjoys going up north to the cabin, spending time with friends and family, and playing sports.
Kyle took an introduction to accounting course in college and enjoyed it more than he thought he would. His professor had a way of relaying the information that made him understand and enjoy what he was learning. After he finished his first accounting class, he decided to continue the pursuit and found that this path was the right fit for him.
After completing Froehling Anderson’s internship program during his last year of college, Kyle was offered a full-time position and hasn’t looked back. Having come through Froehling as an intern, he’s worked his way up to now being a Manager in the Tax Department. He enjoys being a part of the Froehling team and likes that he gets to be a part of a wide variety of projects alongside great people. His extensive knowledge of tax laws & reporting is just one of many skills he uses to help his clients navigate the challenges and complexities they face; he also helps them find creative solutions using his analytical and problem-solving skills.
Karlee’s interest in accounting started from a young age. With her parents owning a business, she grew up watching her mom handle all the accounting. By the time she entered high school, she decided to try an accounting class and was hooked from the beginning. She eventually discovered she enjoys learning about the technical side of taxes as well as finding creative solutions to help clients not only save money but to also make wise financial decisions for their future.
After completing an accounting internship, Karlee joined Froehling Anderson full-time in 2016. She is always willing to lend a hand when questions or issues arise and that is evident in the relationships she has built with her clients over the years.
When she’s recharging away from the office, Karlee can be found reading or going up north to her parent’s house on the lake with her husband and their dog.
