Our St. Cloud Office Welcomes its First Partner!

Jacque’s journey with Froehling Anderson started, unofficially, over the last 10 years. Friend turned colleague, Kari Greene, was already working at Froehling when her and Jacque began to have conversations about what it could look like for her to join the team. More intentional conversations around the topic began in 2022, and in the summer of 2023, Jacque met CEO and Partner, Dave Benusa for coffee and the rest is history. She joined the firm later that summer and our St. Cloud office opened three months after that.

As she reflects on her journey that has led her to this new chapter in her career, Jaque emphasizes, “Froehling Anderson captured my attention because of their strong culture of integrity, creativity, ownership, and fun; I heard firsthand, from a trusted source on the inside, that these things were more than just words on their website.” She started her role at the firm as a Senior Manager, with the end goal of becoming a Partner in two years; with nothing but excitement and gratitude, she is proud to have come full circle with her goal.

With over 17 years of experience, Jacque has worked across the audit, tax, and advisory sides of public accounting, giving her a full 360 view of client’s business needs. Her technical foundation, leadership experience, and her depth of knowledge in multi-state taxation, trust and estate compliance, and strategic planning has contributed to helping her clients play smart. She turns the complexities of the tax code into a strategic game plan, giving them the edge they didn’t know they had.

“I saw in Froehling Anderson, a kindred philosophy as well as an opportunity to grow in a more entrepreneurial, client-centric environment, that has a team collaboration approach” says Jacque. Her expertise paired with Froehling’s people-first value will influence the Central Minnesota community and businesses in a powerful way. “I am excited to make a broader impact, deepen relationships, and continue to expand our firm culture to this area” states Jacque.

Not only is she passionate about providing accounting and tax solutions into a strategic plan to help businesses in Central Minnesota, but Jacque is also equally passionate about developing the next generation of accounting professionals. She isn’t just expanding our firm’s client base, she is expanding our firm’s culture and aiding in its success.

As Froehling officially welcomes Jacque as a Partner, she wants future accounting professionals to know that our firm is warm, playful, and a special place to build a career. She also wants every client to know how deeply she cares about their business, their goals, and their challenges. Her rule of thumb:

She emphasizes, “I’m not just here to put numbers in boxes; I am here to help clients succeed, grow, and leave a legacy.”

Jacque’s encouragement to anyone interested in pursuing a similar path to Partner is to invest in relationships. “It’s not who you know, but who knows you” she says. Her promotion is a clear testament to all that she’s contributed to our clients and culture, and we couldn’t be more excited to celebrate her promotion.
